When I WAS a little girl, my aunt used to sing this song to me and till today I still do remember.....

Do you ever wonder what this life holds for you?

Yesterday the King of Pop passed away , yes Micheal Jackson.....and the world is still mourning.....
Seems unreal that life is moving on and passing by. MJ was part of many ppl's life as they were growing up , and so he was also part of mine...
I guess we are all sadden for this loss as we have always seen him as the man who dared to dream and live his life his way(alike in a fairy tale). He never needed to grow up and had(at some point) so much money that he could have had the moon if he wanted. If you look back to all his concerts, you will notice that he has always, always given his ALL .....planning the most dramatic of concerts and making sure he will give his 110% to his all of fans......no wonder so many ppl are so crazy over him....then and also now.
But now...this man is gone forever and this fairy tale has come to an abrupt end.
And maybe to many ppl, it is a realisation that dreams can come to an end.
Left now are all his songs which we will carry with us and listen over and over again.....his legacy of GREAT songs.

On the other side , we are also seeing the passing of another great name......Farrah Fawcett who so bravely and publicly fought her sickness. She is really one gutsy lady, who found so much strength to fight right up to the end. And if you didn't see her video(abt her battle with cancel) before, you better google it.

To the both of them:-
You will always be remembered and May your souls REST IN PEACE...

Yes this is life, and death is a part of it.

So you ask yourself......have you done all that you wanted to do today?
Do you live each day as if it were your last?
Do you hold back, hesitate?
Do you think another day will come and then realise it may be too late?
Do you hold grudges? Do you harbour negative feelings?
Do you let the ppl beside you know how much they mean to you?

Well, if you didnt before, it's probably time you did.......

Me had a delicious Pavlova.....

Yup, we fed the fishes at 1 U...hey they had to eat too, rite? :-D

Went to a new place @ 1 U called Garden....

Had drinks and this....orange mango sorbet......

Last week was S's birthday.

Skip the boring routine, we both took leave and went up to Genting Highlands to enjoy the free air-con.

Humpty Dumpty.....!!!???

Disaster struck last week when I returned to my condo. I entered my place without switching on the lights, only to find some of my stuff lying all over the floor. OMG! I thought I was being burgled again? I turned to look at my TV cabinet & hanging shelf only to realise that the hanging cabinet had fallen onto my TV and my bottom cabinet. The TV had fallen onto the ground , face-down and stuff was all over the floor !!! Horrors ! What a way to start the weekend !!! ???

My poor TV which S had just finished paying for.....:-(

All my stuff was on the floor ! Some stuff were flattened , while others were broken.

Luckily my DVD player and Astro decoder was safe, but couldn't say the same about the TV tho'.....

Dinner Adventure.

Yesterday was the eve of Hari Raya and since I was still working, we thought it would be a good idea to have dinner in KL. So , my parents and S took the LRT to meet me at my office. We then took a short walk to Prince Hotel for dinner, which we had pre-booked earlier. The chinese restaurant there serves delicious Cantonese cuisine which can cater for vege food as well.....Perfect ! The service as usual was great, attentive and accommodating.

We were once again NOT disappointed ! I now share with you some of our dishes.....

Lately there seems to be a trend to making and consuming cupcakes. I tried out this place which sells 6 for Rm25. A lil pricey but the flavours available were plentiful. A tad too sweet for my tastebuds, but the flavour was great ! Try one yourself if u have the chance ......
